San Antonio, TX: JAMR, llc., a podcast publishing group, announced that they acquired all assets of Andak Media in an asset-only buy from their company.
JAMR, llc was founded by Andak Media owners Jacob Martens and Andrew Sears, along with Michael Rogers and Robert Fike. Mr. Martens will be stepping down from a leadership role following the completion of the purchase of Andak Media assets.
JAMR, llc will take over publishing Andak Media’s podcast and game library. Rebooted and I Freaking Love That Movie will now be produced by JAMR, llc. Andak Media’s existing stock of board and card games will be converted to JAMR, llc branding and future production runs will bear JAMR, llc branding.
JAMR, llc has committed to maintaining the existing Andak Media 2023 catalog into at least 2026, with new developments planned for their Stellar Empire product line. Several games that were in development by Mr. Sears will now be developed by JAMR, llc.
