Synopsis:
The stars of a 1970s sci-fi show titled Galaxy Quest are now scraping a living through re-runs and sci-fi conventions, much to the supporting casts dismay. After a miscommunication with some aliens, they are beamed aboard a replica of the NSEA Protector from their titular show. The aliens, believing the cast’s heroic on-screen dramas are historical documents, turn to the washed-up celebrities in their quest to fight for peace against evil General Sarris.
